Assignment Capsule
As a account services manager you will: plan, coordinate, monitor and implement complex IT service level agreements across operational divisions within Humana while providing superior project planning and management throughout. You will also lead special projects and assignments as necessary, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the relationship between business needs and technological solutions.
- Manage a consolidated management-level dashboard of relevant metrics, including infrastructure responiveness, number of open issues and defects, first pass rates and project status
- Coordinate a training curriculum for an audience of IT and business associates, educating them about process flow and system procedures
- Design and maintain a cross-team release and project status reporting mechanism that can be used by senior management to ensure that service level agreements are tracking according to schedule
- Document current processes and recommend areas and approaches for process improvement and re-engineering
- Serve as a central point of contact for all IT related communication within an assigned business area.
- Serve as a central point of IT service delivery coordination within an assigned business area.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- IT management background, with demonstrated experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Role Desirables
- Master's Degree of Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
- Six Sigma and/or PMP certification
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
- Prior experience managing vendor or client relationships
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Technology Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
