Essential Responsibilities: : Lead Brand coordination across all appliance product lines. Drive consistent design, appearance and usability within each brand category.: Lead the cross:product execution of the Mission One brand strategy focused on elevating GE, expanding GE Caf, and re:launching Hotpoint.: Work closely with IDO and Consumer Insights to create the next generation of appearances for GE products.: Lead monthly M:Review meetings while continually improving our commercial NPI process and execution.: Understand the business by brand across product lines : consumers, customers, competitors, products, etc.: Work closely with Advertising and Merchandising to align messages across all consumer touch points to the GE Appliance brand promise.: Collaborate with Marketing, PR, and Product Teams to commercialize key NPI's.: Work closely with Ideation Manager to drive key cross:product line research initiatives such as shopping process, style preference, home buyer segmentation, etc.: Meet with key customers to understand their needs and to present the GEA Brand story.: Provide integration across Product Management, Technology and Industrial Design.
Qualifications/Requirements: : BA/BS degree from an accredited university or college.: Minimum 5 years of cross:functional commercial experience (sales, ma
