Role: Business Intelligence Architect for Pharmacy Analytics Team

Assignment Capsule
As a Business Intelligence Architect you will:
- Develop an understanding of Humana Pharmacy Management's structure, processes and outcomes,
- Elicit business performance monitoring and measurement needs,
- Participate in the encapsulation of the implementation strategy and roadmap,
- Own the solutions framework including data models, ETL mappings and interface standards
- Develop rapid prototypes,
- Coordinate Technology and Delivery Standards with Information Technology Experts and Project Managers,
- Provide leadership and guidance to others on the Pharmacy Analytics Team.
- Continously explore opportunities for improvements, including enhancements to data structures, implementation methods and business process.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Business Administration,
- Experience working with sophisticated Data Models,
- Knowledge of industry accepted design techniques including Star and Snowflake schemas,
- Experience with Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence tools,
- Experience writing complex SQL code,
- Experience in leading teams,
Role Desirables
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Business Administration
- Understanding of Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and/or Siebel Answers.
- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Process Manager in Corporate Pharmacy Management.
