Assignment Capsule
As a Business Intelligence Architect you will:

• Develop an understanding of Humana Pharmacy Management's structure, processes and outcomes,
  
• Elicit business performance monitoring and measurement needs,
  
• Participate in the encapsulation of the implementation strategy and roadmap,
  
• Own the solutions framework including data models, ETL mappings and interface standards
  
• Develop rapid prototypes,
  
• Coordinate Technology and Delivery Standards with Information Technology Experts and Project Managers,
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to others on the Pharmacy Analytics Team.
  
• Continously explore opportunities for improvements, including enhancements to data structures, implementation methods and business process.
  

• Acts Strategically: You foster a consistent understanding of Pharmacy strategy and vision, translate it into defined plans, and implement it, while anticipating and identifying where change is needed.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Business Administration,
  
• Experience working with sophisticated Data Models,
  
• Knowledge of industry accepted design techniques including Star and Snowflake schemas,
  
• Experience with Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence tools,
  
• Experience writing complex SQL code,
  
• Experience in leading teams,
  

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Business Administration
  
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical Industry.
  
• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition and/or Siebel Answers.
  
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
  

• You will report to a Process Manager in Corporate Pharmacy Management.
