Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Clinical Application Support Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY.
Job Responsibilities :
This role will have direct client facing contact, with various members of the clinical staff. Candidate will be expected to collect/define information for troubleshooting, enhancing and improving system workflow.
Required Skills:
- Strong IT analysis experience: Troubleshooting & Support
- Health Care IT knowledge and experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- History of positive client facing experience
- MS Office Suite
Desired Skills:- Technical exposure to the following is highly preferred
- In-patient Pharmacy
- Retail Pharmacy
- Radiology
- Cardiology
- Materials Management
