Assignment Capsule
As a Product Development Developer you will create innovative solutions for healthcare product delivery and influence others to adopt new approaches. In addition you will be responsible for:
- Developing strategies, solutions and processes that support Humana's offerings.
- Leading and implementing the development of programs to meet member requirements.
- Working with multiple departments within Humana as well as working with external vendors.
- Preparing and ensuring documented project policies and processes are followed.

Role Essentials
- Prior work experience in the health insurance environment
- Project management and implementation skills
- Strong PC based Microsoft software skills
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy knowledge required
Role Desirables
- Previous international business experience
Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Product Development Manager or Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
