Assignment Capsule
As a Product Development Developer you will create innovative solutions for healthcare product delivery and influence others to adopt new approaches. In addition you will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategies, solutions and processes that support Humana's offerings.
  • Leading and implementing the development of programs to meet member requirements.
  • Working with multiple departments within Humana as well as working with external vendors.
  • Preparing and ensuring documented project policies and processes are followed.

Role Essentials
  • Prior work experience in the health insurance environment
  • Project management and implementation skills
  • Strong PC based Microsoft software skills
  • Healthcare and/or pharmacy knowledge required


Role Desirables
  • Previous international business experience


Reporting Relationships
You will report to a Product Development Manager or Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.

Additional Information
This position may require travel.
