As a business consultant for Technology you will: consult with associates in other business areas, identifying business requirements and translating those requirements into system specifications. You will also act as a subject matter lead on special projects, providing accurate and timely analysis, design, testing and documentation of complex systems tasks.
- Design, guide and oversee the development and implementation of processes which meet the requirements of project owners
- Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas
- Create and lead initiatives for special projects, developing a greater understanding of system and environmental issues in the process
- Review and analyze results, assisting other business areas with issue resolution
- Contribute to final decisions regarding the readiness of production installations

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field
- Demonstrated experience with relational databases, including Access, SQL, Server and Oracle
Role Desirables
- Master's Degree of Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
- Prior experience in insurance operations background
- Traditional auditing and data analysis experience
- Technical documentation abilities
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Technology Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
