Policy Consultant
National USA
SUMMARY
Analyze and research current service operations policies, processes and procedures. Coordinate with Service Center operational areas, process organizations, project teams, systems departments, corporate departments, and market relations to create and validate comprehensive documentation. Recommend and participate in the education, communication and implementation of new policies, processes and procedures. Observe and regularly consult with frontline associates to meet their needs for the most useful format, method and content of documentation.

  • Make decisions and move forward without all needed information
  • Set clear timelines and process for work

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree with a preference for emphasis on English, Communications, Journalism, Liberal Arts preferred.
  • 2 - 3 years experience in a technical writing environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Proven project management and PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, MS Visio, Adobe Acrobat, Lotus Notes.
