As a Marketing Project Manager, Web Testing you will: oversee the application of project management methodology in relation to Marketing Web testing, during all phases of the Marketing Web Project Cycle. Responsibilities include test plan creation & Web strategy design, quality assurance, Web performance reporting & ensuring testing completion according to plan.
- Create detailed test plan & test strategy documents including environment preparation, defect management & change management for Marketing and enterprise roll-out.
- Organize cross-functional test execution including the resulting defect management solution
- Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to understand business and IT requirements so they may be tested properly.
- Partner with the other Marketing Project Manager's to ensure successful completion of the project.
- Define, monitor and report against Marketing Web test plans and ensure that products are defect free before Production code turns.
- Facilitate the testing processes in the Marketing Web Development process and the Spirit SDLC process.
- Identify project risk and mitigation strategies in relation to Marketing Web testing.

Role Essentials
- PMI Certified
- 5 yrs software testing experience (from the business perspective)
- Previous experience planning and managing large projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Progressive experience managing mid to large scale projects & have managed a team of 3 or more.
Role Desirables
- Prior experience in the health solutions industry
- Prior Marketing experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
