As a Marketing Project Manager, Web Testing you will: oversee the application of project management methodology in relation to Marketing Web testing, during all phases of the Marketing Web Project Cycle. Responsibilities include test plan creation & Web strategy design, quality assurance, Web performance reporting & ensuring testing completion according to plan.


  • Create detailed test plan & test strategy documents including environment preparation, defect management & change management for Marketing and enterprise roll-out.

  • Organize cross-functional test execution including the resulting defect management solution

  • Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to understand business and IT requirements so they may be tested properly.

  • Partner with the other Marketing Project Manager's to ensure successful completion of the project.

  • Define, monitor and report against Marketing Web test plans and ensure that products are defect free before Production code turns.

  • Facilitate the testing processes in the Marketing Web Development process and the Spirit SDLC process.

  • Identify project risk and mitigation strategies in relation to Marketing Web testing.

Role Essentials



  • PMI Certified

  • 5 yrs software testing experience (from the business perspective)

  • Previous experience planning and managing large projects

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Progressive experience managing mid to large scale projects & have managed a team of 3 or more.




Role Desirables

  • Prior experience in the health solutions industry

  • Prior Marketing experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
