Within Pharmacy Research Center, lead activities related to project operations for outcomes research and pharmacoeconomic efforts:
1.Managing client relationships effectively to identify business opportunities
2.Lead all phases of project management from conceptualization to proposal to study completion
3.Work on collaborative team with biostatisticians, clinicians, medical writers, legal and external partners to deliver high quality projects
4.Large scale and long term project management including managing deliverable-based project budgets
5.Conduct review of data claims analyses and statistical output to ensure accuracy of results
6.Summarizing key findings and generating value messages for incorporate into project deliverables, presentations, abstracts and publications
7.Direct teams on multiple projects simultaneously
8.Plans, directs and controls resource allocation and team efforts to ensure project success and profitability

Role Essentials
Success in this role requires:
- Relevant advanced degree in Pharmacy, Public Health, Epidemiology, or related life sciences field.
- 2 or more years experience in conducting research using healthcare administration claims processing systems (pharmacy and medical) and processes.
- Familiarity with statistics and analytical reporting
- Project Management Skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA , other regulations and compliance laws as it pertains to research and outcomes projects
- Basic data manipulation skills (pivot tables, etc)
- Knowledge of health benefits, healthcare delivery and pharmaceutical industry
- Strong verbal and written communication, PC skills
Role Desirables
While not required, the following would be valuable to this role: - MPH or PHD or PharmD in related field
- PBM or pharmaceutical experience in related role
