Assignment Capsule
As a Project Manager on the Business Informatics team, you will take a lead role in the design, documentation and management of departmental plans and objectives to ensure efficient and effective processes and overall governance for Business Informatics.

• Act as a liaison between operational and functional areas, senior management and others to identify and address barriers across departments.
  
• Assist in the administration and management of new initiatives such as corporate taxonomy and Enterprise data management process improvement.
  
• Evaluate and document current state and upgrades to existing and new processes.
  
• Participate and provide solutions for Internal and External process improvements for business informatics.

  Role Essentials
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  
• Working knowledge of Windows, office, eRoom(documentum) and various database technologies such as Oracle and SQL server.
  
• Working knowledge of data warehouse environments or prior experience managing data warehouse or ODS type of projects
  
• Working knowledge of metrics development and KPI reporting for various processes.
  
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced challenging environment.
  
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Project Management Professional certification (PMI)
  
• Internal Process Review experience
  
• Experience in the health insurance industry
  
• Working knowledge of data warehouse methodologies.
  
• Experience with KPI reporting metrics.
