As a Project Manager on the Business Informatics team, you will take a lead role in the design, documentation and management of departmental plans and objectives to ensure efficient and effective processes and overall governance for Business Informatics.
- Act as a liaison between operational and functional areas, senior management and others to identify and address barriers across departments.
- Assist in the administration and management of new initiatives such as corporate taxonomy and Enterprise data management process improvement.
- Evaluate and document current state and upgrades to existing and new processes.
- Participate and provide solutions for Internal and External process improvements for business informatics.

- Consultation: Understands the businesses, industry, and industry trends and uses that knowledge to recommend effective solutions. Role Essentials - Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Windows, office, eRoom(documentum) and various database technologies such as Oracle and SQL server.
- Working knowledge of data warehouse environments or prior experience managing data warehouse or ODS type of projects
- Working knowledge of metrics development and KPI reporting for various processes.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced challenging environment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Role Desirables - Project Management Professional certification (PMI)
- Internal Process Review experience
- Experience in the health insurance industry
- Working knowledge of data warehouse methodologies.
- Experience with KPI reporting metrics.
Reporting Relationships - you will work in a collaborative matrix management environment and will report to a manager of Business Informatics.
