    Job Description:

    The Senior Program Manager will oversee multiple related projects and coordinate operational efforts across all OTS Technology Solutions teams and functional groups. At a Program level, the Senior Program Manager will be responsible for: assembling program/project teams, reviewing and approving schedules to ensure timely completion of project(s), communicating program/project status and issues to executive steering committees, proactively identifying and potential risk and taking action to reduce/mitigate, and facilitating partnership and collaboration across teams.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    Responsible for all aspects of the analysis, design, development and implementation of the assigned program(s) and the supporting projects.
    Provides a single point of contact for escalations and inquiries – internally as well as to the client teams.
    Works closely with the client end users, business technologies, and other client support teams to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs related to the programs and supporting projects.
    Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
    Conducts program and project level meetings at the executive level – internally and with the client executive team.
    Coordinates efforts with the Vice President of OTS Technology Solutions, driving alignment and consistency across the business unit teams, as required.
    Consults with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of resources.
    Oversees the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
    Will coordinate efforts across a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts.
    Prepares and disseminates reports for use internally and externally, analyzing and reporting on progress, key metrics, proactive drivers, etc.
    Provides oversight and guidance to matrixed technical resources and developers, domestically and globally.



    Experience:

    Detailed understanding of current technologies and methodologies to plan and communicate effectively with multiple project teams, sponsors and clients.
    Experience with project management methodologies and techniques, and their application in business and technical environments.
    Experience with planning, coordinating, and implementing large scale projects in a client environment.
    Experience with applicable business processes, sufficient to communicate and consult with team members, clients and management.
    Ability to act as a liaison between technical personnel and non-technical business users, providing regular progress updates and communicating issues/resolutions in a professional and efficient manner.
    Excellent verbal communication skills – comfortable presenting to large executive audiences.
    Excellent written communication skills – comfortable communicating with all levels within an organization and within the client organization.
    Knowledge of statusing and Project Management tools to support communications up to the executive level.
    Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    10+ years relevant Project Management experience.
    Experience managing a team of direct reports preferred.
    PMP certification is preferred.
    Experience in a consulting environment is preferred.
    Mortgage background is preferred.
