Assignment Capsule
As a Technology project manager you will: oversee application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management and both quality and performance reporting.
- Lead teams of developers and/or program participants in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
- Create detailed project design documents and task-level project plans to organize cross-functional test execution, environment preparation and collaborative defect management
- Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business and IT requirements, construct Service Level Agreements and associated metrics
- Define, monitor and report against test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing and again before Production code turns
- Facilitate the System and User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
- Develop process to identify program risk and define plans for mitigation
- Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
- Previous experience planning and managing large projects
- Working knowledge SQL and relational databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Role Desirables
- Preventive Maintenance Program and/or Six Sigma certification
- Project Management Institute certification
- Experience with Test Automation Tools and Processes
- Experience working with on-shore/off-shore contracting teams
- Prior experience in the health solutions industry
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Technology Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
