Role: RightSource Retention Analyst
Assignment: Clinical Guidance Organization
Location: Louisville, KY

Assignment Capsule
As a Pharmacy Retention Analyst, you will be responsible for working to track and improve customer retention for RightSource- Humana's prescription home delivery service. Knowledge and skills in loyalty marketing and pharmacy is preferred.

  • Assist in creating and implementing programs/project management activities to improve RightSource retention.
  • Work closely in obtaining and gathering research to support retention efforts
  • Analyze retention statistics, determine retention strategy and tactics, develop data requirements for retention communications, document project tasks and maintain timelines
  • Demonstrate sound project management when dealing with internal departments
  • Work with technical vendors and Humana Information Technology to assist in the development of retention efforts.

Role Essentials
  • BA/BS degree, marketing, business, or economics
  • Two years or more experience with pharmacy or in corporate marketing department or advertising agency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multi-task.
  • Proven skills in leadership, communication, organization
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of customer loyalty and retention programs, and primary and secondary research processes
  • Understanding of IVR and Internet helpful


Role Desirable
Health care and pharmacy experience desired

Reporting Relationships
You will report to the RightSource Consumer Experience Consultant within the Center for Consumer Messaging
