Assignment Capsule
As a Human Resources analyst you will collect multi-faceted data, analyze information, make recommendations, drive decisions, implement/execute on recommendations, and perform ongoing administration of various Human Capital programs/initiatives within the scope of Human Resources.
- Work with HR Leadership to identify critical Human Capital gaps which can be measured by the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes.
- Provide analytical support to key project teams.
- Interact with various leaders across the business to understand client needs and ensure that they are understood through the analysis of data.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business specific data required to complete customized client reporting for the Human Resource Directors.
- Work with complex and sensitive data to provide analytical insights to compensation and business leadership through varying levels of data analysis.
- Develop, refine, and execute ad-hoc reporting requests corresponding to business problems, salary considerations, special projects, etc.
- Document and improve processes for design and administration of various compensation programs and practices.
- Facilitate and lead special projects involving both departmental and cross-functional resources.
- Provide analytical support to the Sales Administration and Sales Incentive Design teams.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Math, Statistics, CIS or similar
- Experience with forecasting and modeling techniques
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills
- Strong technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access
- Experience with Crystal Reports, Actuate, or Discoverer
- Experience working with large data sets to generate reporting and analytic insight
Role Desirables
- SQL and/or VBA program language experience a plus
- MS or MBA
- Knowledge of Callidus Software a plus but not required
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to an Human Resources Process Manager or Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer.
