The Billing and Enrollment Specialist supports Humanas business strategy and vision "to become the most trusted name in health solutions" by serving as a knowledge owner, researching, documenting, evaluating, and executing B&E transactions.
These key associates will help build trusting relationships with our customers.

• Perform research and resolution for customers regarding their financial account via the phone.
  
• Monitor Accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely collection of payment.
  
• Audit and Reconcile premium payments.
  
• Resolve any discrepancies determined in the reconciliation process.
  
• Daily use of Financial, Analytical and Interpersonal skills.
