Assignment Capsule
As a Service Operations Strategic Consultant you will be accountable to provide an ongoing strategic view and direction to multiple initiatives. You will partner with project managers and project teams to define and meet project milestones and objectives.

  • Develop the vision and scope for the initiative.
  • Secure business resources and commitment as needed from leadership team.
  • Ensure implementation meets expected results from Intent Leader.
  • Act as the decision maker for the project team, including escalation of decision to the Intent Leader.
  • Evaluate and approve business solutions presented by the project team.
  • Drive the post implementation analysis, validation and lessons learned.
  • Remove barriers and manages project expansion - drives change control process.
  • Project and SPI methodology.
  • Effectively manage virtual teams.




Define future vision required to meet current and anticipated business requirements and develop the strategy to move from the current state to the future state.

    • Role Essentials
      • Bachelor's degree required
      • Intermediate project management experience
      • Previous experience selling health insurance products
      • Professional image and excellent communication skills required
      • Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes


      Role Desirables
      • Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
      • PMP certification a plus
      • Six Sigma Certification also a plus


        • Reporting Relationships
          • You will report to the Director over the Technology Engagement Consulting group in Application Engineering. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
