As a Technology tech consultant you will: perform design and maintenance tasks including installation, customization, documentation, debugging and performance tuning on complex projects with system-wide ramifications. You will also act as an area expert on special projects, assisting with the adoption of new technology and creating and refining best-practices.
- Offer second tier support for issues arising from the use of enterprise standard applications such as Microsoft Office and Project
- Assist in the administration of routine tasks including zoning, masking and space monitoring, and new initiatives such as remote data replication and policy-based archiving
- Create the documentation necessary to distribute applications to the desktop and server platforms
- Provide ongoing technical advice, assistance, and training to fellow associates and to customers

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of the Windows XP operating system, database technologies and networking
Role Desirables
- Preventive Maintenance Program, Certified Information Systems Security Professional and/or
- Certified Information Systems Auditor certifications
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Microsoft certification
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Technology Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
