Assignment Capsule
As a Technology business analyst you will: partner with business associates from other departments to define their needs and participate in the development of system solutions that bring about resolution. You will implement best-known practices and develop key relationships with all impacted business areas.
- Partner with associates in other business areas to define business needs and help translate those needs into system requirements
- Develop project documentation, including scope and requirement documents, use cases, test scenarios and test cases
- Prioritize defects and enhancement requests from business partners
- Create and monitor departmental metrics

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven working knowledge of industry standard methodologies and best practices (i.e. Project Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle)
- Proven knowledge and experience with computer systems, applications, requirements development, and testing methodologies
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and Power Point
Role Desirables
- Pharmacy experience/knowledge is a plus
- Business Analyst Professional certification preferred
Reporting Relationships
- You will report to a Technology Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
