Assignment Capsule
As a Technology project manager you will: oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities including project design, scope management, cost control, and both quality and performance reporting.

  • Lead teams of developers in the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
  • Create detailed project design documents and task-level project plans to organize cross-functional teams
  • Partner closely with other members of functional project teams to define business requirements
  • Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing
  • Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
  • Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses

Role Essentials
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of various relational databases, including .NET, C#, ASP, SQL and Oracle


Role Desirables
  • Preventive Maintenance Program and/or Six Sigma certification
  • Project Management Institute certification
  • Previous experience planning and managing large projects
  • Prior experience in the health solutions industry


Reporting Relationships
  • You will report to a Technology Director. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Operating Officer.
