UI/JavaScript Developer (Contract) – Louisville

Position: UI/JavaScript Developer (Contract)

Are you a smart and energetic person? Are you really? Do you know
the difference between prototype.js and Object.prototype? Can you get
firebugs out of your dojo with ajax?

We need a front end developer/gui person to work on our wonderful new
web application. You must be an expert in DHTML, CSS, and javascript.
You should be familiar with jquery, and you should have built ajax
interfaces before.

You will work closely with the server side java people to develop a
cutting edge user interface with lots of client side javascript.

You will work closely with our graphic design folks to implement the
user interface and user interaction elements they produce.

Your work will function properly on the major browsers.

You will help design the client side architecture.

You will use best of breed techniques and libraries to get the job
done.

And you will do all this with a smile!

This is a contract position. You will be paid handsomely on an hourly
basis. This job is expected to last at least four to six months.

You must be able to show up on weekdays at an office in downtown
Louisville.
